history began 30 years ago. With one decision...
to create a strong company based their filosophy
on "Service". This was the vision of Don
Dionicio Gutierrez and his father Don Juan Bautista
Gutierrez, They opened the first Pollo Campero on
April 27th, 1971, located on the South Side of Guatemala
City. Not long after they open another establishment
in El Salvador.
We
are very proud to share our identity,
friendship and the original taste of
Pollo Campero with our brothers
in Mexico, Honduras, Nicaragua,
Costa Rica, Panama and
Ecuador.
In 2002 we had another dream
come true, by opening another
restaurant in Los Angeles,
California. So we could continue
to share a part of our identity
